Shipping policy

Every artwork is created and delivered with the same care through which it was made — slowly, intentionally, and with deep respect for the space it will inhabit.

All works are carefully prepared, packed, and shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

Production & Lead Times:

 

• Each artwork is made to order.
• Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production prior to dispatch.
• Additional shipping time will vary depending on destination and delivery requirements.

Australian Orders:

 

 

• Shipping is available Australia-wide.
• As each artwork varies in size, weight, and handling requirements, shipping is quoted individually for every order to ensure the safest and most appropriate delivery method.

International Orders:

 

• International shipping is available.
• Shipping costs, estimated delivery timeframes, and any applicable import considerations will be provided upon enquiry, based on artwork size, weight, and destination.
• Please note: 
  Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the collector and are determined by the destination country.
  As customs regulations vary internationally, these charges cannot be estimated or controlled prior to shipment. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
