Fine Art Prints & Canvas Framing
- Limited edition prints and canvas works are made to order in Australia.
- Please allow 3–4 weeks for printing, finishing, and packaging prior to dispatch

- Complimentary shipping is included for artworks and prints under 100 cm
- Works over 100 cm require custom shipping, quoted individually based on size, weight, and destination
International
- All international shipping is quoted individually
- Quotes are based on destination, artwork size, framing, and handling requirements
- A full estimate will be provided prior to dispatch
For artworks requiring a custom quote, checkout will display $0.00, and you will receive a personalised shipping quote for approval before the order is placed and confirmed.
GST, Customs, VAT & Import Duties

Australian GST:
- All artwork pricing includes Australian GST.
- Sureen operates as a GST-registered business in Australia, and GST is applied where required in accordance with Australian tax regulations.
International Customs, VAT & Import Duties:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the collector and vary by region.
- For clarity, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchase.
Packaging & Care

All artworks are professionally packed to ensure safe arrival.
- Prints are shipped in rigid mailing tubes
- Framed works are packed in heavy-duty reinforced cartons
- Larger or higher-value works may include additional protective board and be delivered via professional art transport services.
Returns & Refunds for Original Art:

My intention is for every artwork to arrive safely and find its place in your home with ease.
If, once you see the piece in person, it doesn’t feel like the right fit, I offer a 30-day return period for original artworks.
- How returns work
If you wish to return an artwork, please email within 30 days of delivery. I will arrange collection and return shipping for you. - Refunds
Return shipping, repackaging and insurance costs are the responsibility of the collector and will be deducted from the refund.
If the artwork is returned in a condition different from how it was originally sent, repair or damage costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
- If Your Original Artwork Arrives Damaged
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, in the rare event that an original artwork arrives damaged in transit, please notify me as soon as possible.
To assist with insurance claims, the following is required:
- Clear photographs of the exterior packaging
- Clear photographs of the interior packaging
- Clear photographs of the artwork and any damage
Damage must be reported within 24 hours (one business day) of delivery.
Once received, I will guide you through the next steps and ensure the matter is resolved with care and priority. - Delivery & Signature Requirements
Due to the value and nature of the artworks, all deliveries require a signature on receipt.
Artworks cannot be left unattended or delivered under “authority to leave”.
This policy ensures each piece arrives safely and is protected throughout transit.
Returns & Damage — Fine Art Prints

All prints and frames are custom-made to order, and for this reason, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
If your print arrives damaged:
- You are fully covered
- All works are shipped insured
- Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours (one business day) of delivery
- Photo evidence of both packaging and artwork damage is required
Replacements and courier claims are handled promptly to ensure you feel supported throughout the process.
